VAPON LIMITED WARRANTY

 

PRODUCT RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

 

VAPON warrants POWERSTARS electronic equipment against any defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If the product becomes defective during this warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, without charge for parts or labor in accordance with the warranty service procedure described below.

 

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damages and damages due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, normal wear and tear or damages caused by alterations by unauthorized persons or entities.  Any modifications such as cutting, soldering, or modifying the length of wires also voids warranty. Broken cases are not covered.

 

Please note: Waterproof guarantee is voided if servo case has been opened.

 

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser from VAPON and it’s authorized dealers.

 

Repair service for non warranty issues is not available at this time.   

 

STEPS TO PROCESS WARRANTY RETURN

 

  1.    Start the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. We will need a copy of your receipt**, and the form will not go through without an attachment. Please describe the issue that you are having in detail. The more information we have, the better we can help you.
  2.  Once approved, you will receive an email outlining the steps to return your item. You will be responsible for shipping costs. When you sent out, Please offer the tracking number to us by email(as below)
  3.    Once we receive your shipment, we will process the request.
  4.    If your product is covered under warranty, we will repair or a new unit will be promptly returned to you. VAPON will cover the cost to ship your replacement item to you. If denied, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

-Online purchases are acceptable. Name of store, date of purchase and SKU of the servo are required on the receipt, and must be legible. We will not accept returned merchandise without a RGA number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping charges if you wish to have your unauthorized return sent back to you.

 

Please allow 30 working days for processing your repair/return, including shipping transit days.

 

We process RGA requests for VAPON’s products that were purchased through authorized dealers Warranty requests purchased through unauthorized dealers will be denied.
